What are your core advantages compared to other carpet manufacturers worldwide?
Our core advantage lies in vertical integration of the entire industrial chain.
We maintain full independent control over all production procedures, including wool spinning, dyeing and finishing, filament spinning, weaving and finishing processing.
This means that:
More stable quality - every process is completed within our own system
Wide product range / many types - meets the needs of different scenarios
More reliable delivery - not affected by external supply chain fluctuations
Stronger customisation capability - from raw material to finished product, supports deep personalised requirements
More competitive cost - eliminates middle links, creating value for customers
In addition, we have a provincial‑level key technology centre and collaborate with top international design institutions, giving us industry‑leading R&D strength.

We can be flexible based on project needs.
5
What is the delivery time for large-volume orders? Can you deliver in batches?
For large volume orders /major engineering projects , the regular production lead time is 45-60 days.
We support batch delivery according to your project schedule, minimizing on-site storage pressure.
Specific delivery plans can be agreed upon during contract signing, with final timelines determined by order size and pattern complexity.
6
Which countries do you export to? What's the typical transit time for ocean freight?
We export to 60 countries and regions, including the U.S., Russia, Japan, the EU and the Middle East.
It usually takes 20–45 days depending on destination.
We have long‑term logistics partners in major global markets and can provide door‑to‑door service.
7
How to ensure the service life of a carpet?
Our carpets are made with high‑density weaving and a high‑temperature dye‑fixing process, giving them abrasion resistance that exceeds industry standards. The actual service life of a carpet is affected by multiple factors, including transport handling, on‑site installation workmanship, foot traffic and daily maintenance habits.
Under normal maintenance, woven carpets such as Axminster, Wilton and hand tufted can last more than 10 years, while tufted and printed carpets last about 6 years.
The above service life is only for reference based on common industry usage.
8
Which international quality management certifications do you hold?
We hold the following,
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
U.S. CRI Green Label Plus (Indoor Air Quality)
New Zealand Wool mark (pure wool)
CE Certification
9
What is the fire rating of your carpets? Do they meet international standards?
Our commercial series carpets all meet the grade B1 fire rating standard and have passed flame retardant testing. Suitable for places with strict fire safety regulations such as hotels, hospitals, schools and airports. They can also meet international project standards such as Class I (ASTM E648) and BS 4790. We support customization to meet the required standards according to the project's needs.
10
How to choose the right carpet material?
Choose based on the usage scenario
Nylon - best abrasion resistance, suitable for high‑traffic areas (hotel lobbies, office corridors) – the top choice for commercial use.
Wool - comfortable underfoot, premium feel, naturally flame‑retardant, suitable for high‑end guest rooms and VIP lounges, but its abrasion resistance is lower than nylon.
Polypropylene - woven construction, good dimensional stability, fine pattern detail, cost‑effective, suitable for residential use, apartments and similar settings.
11
