Rizhao Dongsheng Carpet Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Rizhao City, Shandong Province. The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of mid-to-high-end commercial and residential carpets. With 28 years of deep industry experience, it has grown into a modern industrial group.
The group operates a fully integrated supply chain covering wool spinning, dyeing and finishing, polypropylene spinning, twisting, setting, carpet weaving, and fine finishing. Its product range includes various machine-made and handcrafted carpets for commercial and interior decoration uses. With an annual production capacity of 23,000,000 sqm, it has held a leading position in the domestic carpet industry in terms of production and sales volume. It is also one of the largest machine-made and machine- woven carpet manufacturers in Asia.
All production equipment is imported from Germany, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and other countries. The company operates 49 world-class carpet weaving lines, six synthetic fiber spinning lines, and two high-definition digital printing lines, all at advanced global standards. Its products hold multiple international certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CE, and the U.S. CRI Green Label Plus, meeting the quality standards of major markets worldwide.
Dongsheng’s carpets are sold across major cities in China and exported to 60 countries and regions, including the United States, Russia, Japan, the European Union, and the Middle East. It has become the preferred carpet supplier for American and Japanese buyers sourcing from China. The company has been recognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as a "National Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" for 13 consecutive years — the only company in the industry to receive this honor.
Production Base Footprint
The Group operates six subsidiaries in Binzhou, Rizhao and other regions, forming a collaborative manufacturing network consisting of four major production hubs. A unified quality control system and digital management platform guarantee consistent product quality across all production bases.
Produces Wilton, Axminster, machine-tufted, printed, and flatwoven carpets. As the group’s core manufacturing hub, it runs 49 specialized carpet production lines and handles R&D and large-scale production of high-end carpets.
Specializes in machine-tufted carpets (full-loop), inkjet printed carpets, and digital printed carpets, offering fast customization and high-volume delivery.
Binzhou Dongsheng specializes in yarn dyeing, supplying high-quality colored yarns to the Group’s internal production divisions. It also excels at handmade tufted carpets and a full range of custom-made products, suitable for personalized spaces such as villas, clubs and art exhibition halls.
Produce synthetic fibers including polypropylene (PP), nylon yarns, reactive backings, and PP fabric for tufting, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials for the group.

1996
Began producing machine-woven linen-style yarn for carpets, becoming a domestic substitute for imported materials.
1997
Developed and produced synthetic fiber leno carpet backing fabric.
1998
Dongsheng Carpet was officially founded. It completed industrial restructuring and introduced world-class Wilton carpet weaving equipment from Belgium.
2002
Introduced an Axminster carpet weaving machine — at the time the seventh in the world and the only one in Asia.
2004-2015
The enterprise keeps introducing world-leading imported equipment and optimizing its industrial layout, further consolidating its leading edge in high-end manufacturing.
2016
After rigorous multi-round selection, our company was chosen to supply carpet products and supporting services for the G20 Summit.
