Not long ago, Dongsheng Carpet organized a spring tug-of-war team-building event right at its factory grounds. Employees from different departments - production, R&D, sales, logistics, and others - formed their own teams and competed against each other.

On December 31, 2024, Dongsheng Carpet organized a fun year-end team-building event for all employees. The event was divided into two main parts. One group took part in a sandbox challenge themed around "Retracing the Long March" - a historical military march. Employees gathered around a giant map, working together and coordinating with each other, learning the value of moving forward as one team. The other part featured a lucky golden egg smashing activity, where every employee got to crack open a golden egg and receive a year-end surprise gift. Laughter and cheers filled the room.

On November 16, Dongsheng Carpet organized an outdoor mountain loop running and hiking event for the team. Quite a few employees brought their children along to join the leisurely mountain run. They walked and jogged side by side on the trail, helping each other, chatting and laughing, and leaving the usual work fatigue behind in the natural scenery.

On October 20, 2024, Dongsheng Carpet organized an employee team to take part in the local city marathon. Employees who are usually busy with production and business set aside their daily work for a while and formed a race team on their own. Some even brought their family members along – some came to cheer, while others joined the short-distance runs together. During the race, they kept each other company and encouraged one another. When a teammate ran out of energy, others slowed down to stay with them. With the team's support, everyone pushed through to the finish line. The whole experience was relaxed and heartwarming.

On March 8, 2024, International Women's Day, Dongsheng Carpet Group organized a series of relaxed and highly interactive team-building activities exclusively for its female employees. Women from various departments - including Axminster, Wilton, digital printing, chemical fiber, logistics, and sales - formed crossdepartment teams to take part.

The 2023 Shanghai International Flooring Exhibition - DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR - opened grandly at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As one of the largest benchmark events in the Asia-Pacific region focusing on commercial soft furnishings and floor coverings, the exhibition brought together carpet and flooring manufacturers from across the global supply chain, along with engineering contractors, hotel design firms, and overseas buyers.

Recently, the production workshop at Dongsheng Carpet needed to get a large batch of yarn hung and organized onto racks. Faced with this task, several employees took the initiative during their spare time and formed a small volunteer team to help out in the spinning workshop.

On October 29, 2023, the Rizhao Marathon kicked off at the Wanpingkou Coastal Scenic Area. The race course ran along the coastline, connecting seaside scenic spots and city landmarks. With its unique oceanfront setting, the event has become an annual sports celebration for the city, drawing runners from all over to the shores of Rizhao.

On July 31, 2023, Dongsheng Carpet Group held its annual employee children's education grant distribution event as scheduled at its headquarters in Rizhao, Shandong, China.
