Finishing processing is the final core link in Dongsheng Carpet’s full industrial chain. It takes woven carpets and turns them into finished products through standardized procedures including cutting, binding, hand stitching, shearing, quality inspection and packaging.
This stage serves as a critical quality control checkpoint to guarantee product uniformity, reliable delivery and full compliance with customer requirements.

Quality Control Standards
The carpet shall be evenly coated with adhesive, and its pile height, density, dimensions, edge binding and other indicators shall meet process requirements.
Meets US CRI and GB 18587 indoor environmental protection standards, no hazardous residues.

We produce PP BCF, nylon BCF, and heat-set yarns for carpets. With world-class equipment, we customize twist, elasticity, and stability to suit diverse weaving needs. This minimizes defects and ensures high-efficiency mass production.
Dongsheng operates 49 world-class weaving lines (Axminster, Wilton, tufted, printed). Advanced looms and digital printers deliver complex patterns and massive volumes, catering to premium hotel customizations and large-scale distributor orders.
