Wilton Carpet Production Process
Wilton carpets adopt a face to face weaving production method. Electronic jacquard equipment precisely interlaces warp yarns, weft yarns and pile yarns to create double face carpet in one weaving pass.
The top and bottom carpet are split via pile cutting, followed by finishing and setting processes. The finished carpet features tight, integrated construction with outstanding flatness, resisting bulging and pile shedding effectively.
