Dongsheng Carpet offers custom hand-tufted carpet production, creating complex patterns, multi-level pile and three-dimensional carved effects to match project design requirements.

During production, workers use hand-held tufting guns to insert yarns of different colors into the backing according to the design drawings. The carpet then goes through pile shearing, hand carving and backing work to create a surface with varying heights and textures. Compared with standard machine-woven products with fixed specifications, hand tufting allows far greater flexibility in pattern layout, size and pile dimension.

Material options

100% Wool, Wool/Nylon, Wool/Viscose, Wool/Silk and suitable synthetic fibers. Material combinations can be adjusted to suit project budget, traffic intensity and design requirements.

Construction and specifications

Cut Pile, Cut & Loop, Multi-Level Pile and Hand Carving are all available. Common custom pile heights range from 12–25mm. Pattern, color, size, shape, pile weight and backing construction can be confirmed to project requirements. Custom shapes and large sizes are supported; the specific making, joining and shipping plan will be assessed according to project dimensions.

Suitable for five-star hotel lobbies, presidential suites, private villas, high-end clubs, VIP reception areas in cultural and tourism venues, art galleries and similar spaces. Contract procurement

MOQ is 1㎡. Custom sampling usually takes 7–10 days. For standard patterns and sizes, production takes about 15–20 days after sample approval. Complex carving, oversized pieces and bulk orders are scheduled according to actual production capacity.
