Founded in 1998, Dongsheng Carpet Group is a custom commercial carpet manufacturer with its own independent production base.

Dongsheng has 49 weaving production lines. Its production system covers yarn processing, twisting and heat setting, weaving, tufting, printing, finishing and quality inspection. Its main products include Axminster Carpet, Wilton Carpet, Tufted Carpet, Printed Carpet, Hand-Tufted Carpet and Carpet Tiles.

For hotels, conference centers, office buildings and large commercial projects, Dongsheng can assess carpet material, pattern, color, size, pile height, pile weight and backing configuration based on design drawings, application areas and technical requirements.

Reference information for project procurement:

• MOQ: usually 500–1,000 sqm, subject to confirmation based on product process and customization requirements.
• Samples: design proofing can be arranged in about 72 hours; standard physical samples generally take about 7 days, depending on the sample type.
• Bulk production lead time: usually 15–45 days, adjusted according to order quantity, process type and sample confirmation status.
• Technical documentation: applicable flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, color fastness and other test reports can be provided according to project requirements.
