How Are Custom Office Carpet Tiles Made? | Dongsheng Factory

Dongsheng Carpet supplies custom carpet tiles for office buildings, meeting rooms and commercial corridors. This on-location video walks you through every step of the process, from pattern design and yarn preparation to carpet production and finished goods handling.

Our standard carpet tiles come in a 50×50 cm format. Nylon and polypropylene (PP) are available as core materials, with full customisation for colours, patterns and backing constructions to match project needs. Modular carpet tiles allow for flexible mixed layouts across different zones. If individual tiles become stained or damaged, they can be replaced on their own — as long as matching spare tiles are available and site conditions allow for straightforward installation.

For typical bulk orders of around 1,000 sqm, the reference production lead time is 15–25 days. Actual delivery timelines will be confirmed once design, specifications and order details are finalised.

Dongsheng handles bulk custom orders for commercial carpet tiles and engineering projects. Buyers are welcome to share your site area, design drawings, application zones and required technical standards, and we will work with you to confirm sampling arrangements, production specifications and a formal quotation.
