How Is Custom Digital Printed Carpet Made for Hotel Projects? | Dongsheng Carpet

Dongsheng Carpet manufactures custom commercial printed carpet using high-definition digital inkjet printing technology. Without the need for traditional colour-separated plate making, we can adjust pattern scale, colours and repeat units based on customer-supplied design files — making this range ideal for hotel corridors, guest rooms and large-area commercial flooring projects.

Pile material options include nylon and polypropylene (PP), with each fibre type matched to the appropriate printing process. Standard printed carpets have a reference pile height of 4–8mm and pile weight of 550–1200g/m². Final specifications are determined by application area, budget and product construction. Roll width, backing and overall thickness are confirmed against project technical specs and approved samples.

We support original customer artwork, geometric motifs, gradient designs and brand logos. Colour and pattern sampling is available ahead of large-scale installation to verify colour accuracy, pattern proportions and pattern matching across separate rolls.

Enquiries for typical hotel projects are welcome for order volumes from 100 to 1000 sqm. The formal minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 sqm. For standard custom orders of around 1000 sqm, production lead time generally runs 10–20 days. Special specifications and large-volume orders will follow the final production schedule.
