Material and specifications

The usual construction is 80% Wool / 20% Nylon, and the material ratio can be adjusted to meet project requirements. We support weave densities such as 7×7, 7×8, 7×9 and 7×10, with common pile heights of 7–10 mm, pile weights of 1,000–1,700 g/m², up to 16 colors and a maximum width of 4 m. Final specifications are determined by traffic intensity, design requirements and budget.

Quality and testing

We can provide flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, color fastness and other technical test documentation as required by the project. Requirements such as US ASTM E648 Class I and European EN 13501-1 Cfl-s1 must be confirmed against the test reports for the specific product.

Contract procurement

MOQ for regular contract orders is usually 100 m², sampling takes about 7 days, and bulk production normally takes 30–45 days. Actual lead time is confirmed according to area, weave density, pattern complexity and production schedule.
