Tight Project Deadlines? How Dongsheng Manages Custom Carpet Production & Quality Inspection

Established in 1998, Dongsheng Carpet runs 49 production lines and delivers end-to-end project carpet services, from design sampling and in-house manufacturing through to final quality inspection.

For custom commercial carpet projects, we tailor patterns, colours, materials, dimensions and pile height to match each application. Our on-site testing facilities enable us to provide relevant documentation for flame retardancy, smoke density and other performance metrics as required by the project.

Standard design strike-offs take around 72 hours, with physical samples ready in approximately 7 days. Bulk production lead times vary by product type: 30–45 days for Axminster carpets, roughly 10–20 days for printed carpets, and 15–25 days for standard orders of machine-tufted carpets and carpet tiles. Final timelines are confirmed based on order volume, production technique and scheduling.

Free samples are available for our standard product ranges. Custom sampling is subject to a corresponding sampling fee. All bulk production is carried out strictly against customer-approved samples and technical specifications.
