Every detail – patterns, colours, fiber type, pile height, face weight, backing and performance criteria – can be tailored to match exact project specifications. Full design and strike-off sign-off is always completed before bulk production begins.

Can I approve colours and samples before bulk production starts?
Absolutely. We can prepare full samples or strike-offs for you to sign off on pattern and colour ahead of production. Samples themselves are free; international shipping costs are typically covered by the buyer.

Can you supply ASTM, EN or BS test reports?
Yes, we can. We provide test reports aligned with ASTM, EN, BS and other relevant standards, based on the final carpet build, project requirements and your destination market’s rules. We recommend confirming which standards you need early on, before production begins.

How do you keep colour consistent across bulk custom printed carpet orders?
We fully approve and lock in the design and strike-off sample before production starts. Throughout the entire bulk run, we run regular colour and visual checks against the approved sample, to keep colour consistency tight across the full project order.
