How Does Dongsheng Turn Your Carpet Design into Production?

Dongsheng Carpet has an in-house design team that develops custom carpet patterns for hotel guestrooms, corridors, banquet halls and other commercial interiors.
Our designers take client-supplied artwork, CAD files, target colors, floor dimensions and material requirements, then adjust pattern scale, color matching and layout based on how each carpet will actually be made — whether that's Axminster Carpet weaving, Printed Carpet or another suitable construction.
Typical custom sampling lead time is around 7–10 days, depending on the product process and design complexity.
Existing standard samples can be provided free of charge; fully custom samples carry a sampling fee. Bulk production is scheduled only after both the design and physical sample have been approved.
