Dongsheng provides full design customization, sample development and bulk production services for commercial engineering projects. Preliminary design strike-offs can be completed in approximately 72 hours, and physical production samples typically take around 7 days, depending on carpet type and design complexity.
Minimum order quantities and production lead times vary by product:
- Axminster Carpet: Standard bulk production lead time is approximately 30–45 days.
- Printed Carpet: Standard bulk production lead time is approximately 10–20 days.
- Machine-Tufted Carpet: For standard bulk orders of around 1,000 ㎡, lead time runs approximately 15–25 days.
- Carpet Tiles: Standard bulk production lead time is approximately 15–25 days.
