Dongsheng Carpet supplies Custom Hand-Tufted Carpet for commercial projects including five-star hotel lobbies, presidential suites, VIP lounges and high-end clubs. We can customise patterns, materials, dimensions and pile textures based on project design drawings.
Material Options
Available choices include 100% wool, wool/nylon blends, wool/viscose blends and wool/silk blends. The blend ratio can be adjusted according to project budget, application area and design requirements to balance texture, performance and procurement cost.
Craft & Specifications
We offer cut pile, cut & loop, high-low pile and hand carving techniques. Size, shape, colour, pile height and pile weight can all be customised to fit project requirements. Unlike woven carpets with fixed roll widths, we can produce irregular and extra-large carpet pieces. Whether extra-large carpets require seaming will be confirmed based on production, shipping and installation conditions.
Project Procurement
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 ㎡. We accept small orders and custom work for commercial projects. Standard sampling takes about 7–10 days. Bulk production for regular patterns and sizes runs around 15–20 days. Lead times for complex carved designs and oversized or large-volume orders will be confirmed against actual production schedules.
Testing Documentation
We can provide relevant technical data, fire resistance and environmental test documents based on selected products and project needs. Our production uses glue-free and formaldehyde-free methods with no harmful volatile emissions. TVOC levels meet environmental standards for construction projects, and relevant environmental test reports are available to satisfy green inspection requirements for high-end commercial and residential projects.
