Dongsheng Carpet supplies Custom Commercial Printed Carpets for hotels, billiard halls, entertainment clubs and other commercial projects. We customise carpet patterns, colours, materials, dimensions and product specifications according to space design, application zones and foot traffic levels.
Materials & Specifications
Nylon works well for commercial spaces requiring high wear resistance and long-term appearance retention. Polyester is available as an alternative for certain projects. Polypropylene options need to be verified against budget, usage intensity and compatibility with the printing process. Typical pile height for printed carpets ranges from 4–8 mm, with pile weight between 550–1200 g/m². Exact specifications depend on the selected product.
Pattern & Installation
We support custom geometric, gradient and brand logo patterns. Standard roll widths range from 2–4 m; the actual width is determined by the production process. For large-area installation, confirm pattern alignment, seam placement and pile direction in advance. Artwork and printed colour samples must be approved before bulk production starts.
Project Procurement & Testing
MOQ for standard styles is 100 ㎡. Once patterns, colour samples and specifications are confirmed, a regular 1000 ㎡ order takes around 10–20 days for production. Orders with special customisation or large volumes are subject to actual production schedules.
We can provide technical data sheets and relevant test reports for fire resistance and colour fastness according to product construction and target market requirements, including ASTM, BS and ISO test standards.
