Materials & Technical Specifications
Dongsheng lets clients select different Machine-Tufted Carpet specifications based on application zones, foot traffic and project budget.
- Pile Material: Options include 100% nylon, solution-dyed nylon, polypropylene (PP) and wool blends. Material selection should take abrasion resistance, appearance retention and maintenance needs into consideration.
- Tufting Gauge: The equipment featured in this video runs at 1/10 inch gauge, roughly 2.54 mm. Actual pile density also depends on stitch rate, yarn specification, pile weight and product construction.
- Pile Height: Different options are available according to project requirements for comfort, appearance and wear. Exact values are confirmed in the final product proposal.
- Pile Weight: Adjusted based on material, pile height and pile construction. Final parameters follow the product data sheet and approved sample.
- Backing Construction: We use PP primary backing, SBR latex coating for pile locking and suitable secondary backing. Final selection is confirmed according to product build and installation requirements.
- Custom Design: Solid colours, custom colours and various patterns are available. Requests for complex patterns, gradients and brand logos will be reviewed against tufting machinery and production capabilities, and made to your requirements.

Commercial Project Procurement & Bulk Production
Level Cut Pile Carpet delivers a smooth, soft pile surface, suited for hotel guest rooms, executive offices and meeting spaces where comfortable underfoot feel is a priority.
For high-traffic corridors and areas with frequent rolling chair use, we recommend also evaluating loop pile constructions. Buyers should check abrasion performance, appearance retention, cleaning requirements and relevant test documents.
Dongsheng accepts custom orders from supplied artwork, sample approval and bulk manufacturing. For standard Machine-Tufted Carpet, the reference lead time for 1,000㎡ bulk orders is 15–25 days. MOQ and lead time for special materials, complex patterns and large orders will be confirmed per individual order.
