Carpet Tile Materials & Custom Options
Dongsheng helps clients select suitable product specifications based on project budget, foot traffic and design requirements.
Pile Material: Nylon and polypropylene (PP) are available. Nylon works well for high-traffic areas with rolling office chairs, while polypropylene suits office projects with tighter budget control.
Backing Options: Options include bitumen backing, PVC backing and PU backing. Final selection should be confirmed according to dimensional stability, subfloor conditions and installation requirements.
Size & Design: Standard sizes include 50×50 cm, 100×100 cm, and 25×100 cm. Custom colours, patterns, layout combinations and sizes can be adjusted to meet project needs.
Pile Construction: Customers can pick suitable loop pile textures for different areas, and confirm technical parameters such as pile height, pile weight and overall thickness.
