What’s the custom carpet process like? How long from design to delivery?

Our process has four steps: inquiry and quotation → design proposal (including 3D renderings) → physical sampling (3–7 days) → mass production (typically 30–45 days) → global delivery. A dedicated project team handles everything from start to finish to make sure it's done efficiently.
