Dongsheng's commercial 100% nylon machine‑tufted wall‑to‑wall carpet is made from premium nylon fibers – abrasion‑resistant, pressure‑resistant, and with long‑lasting color. Dongsheng's conference room printed carpet uses the Austrian ZIMMER Chromojet high‑speed digital printing system, achieving 25.4 dpi+ high‑definition patterns with color penetration to the root of the yarn, colour fastness reaching ISO 105 grade 3‑4 or above, ensuring strong pattern durability.
Wilton carpets are designed specifically for home use. They are produced using Wilton weaving technology – a double‑faced jacquard electric carpet loom with a three‑dimensional weaving method – and support a range of premium materials including wool, polypropylene, polyester.

We achieve full independent control across the whole process, from wool spinning, dyeing & finishing, yarn spinning and weaving to precision processing. Stable quality, reliable lead time and competitive costs are fully guaranteed.
Equipped with 21 imported Wilton looms and 11 Axminster looms from Belgium and Germany, 14 tufting machines and 2 Zimmer printing lines from Austria. The maximum daily output reaches 100,000 sqm, ensuring timely delivery for large-volume projects.
A dedicated design team of 50 members owns over 3,000 independent intellectual property rights. The high-temperature color fixing technology realizes color fastness of grade 4-5, effectively solving the common industry problems of color fading and fiber shedding.
We take the lead in developing recycled synthetic carpet. The in-house water-based printing technology cuts VOC emissions by 30%. Certified with GRS, OEKO-TEX, CRI Green Label Plus and other authoritative standards. We adopt sewage treatment, waste gas adsorption and clean energy in production, and comply with ISO 14001 environmental management system.
