CE Certification

Dongsheng-Teppiche erfüllen die Anforderungen der EU-Norm EN 14041 und haben ein Konformitätszertifikat einer benannten Stelle der EU erhalten. ASTM D2859 Flammability Test (Intertek)

Tested in accordance with ASTM D2859, our products feature qualified fire resistance and meet the safety requirements for public and commercial spaces in the American region.

GB 18587 Hazardous Substances Testing

Tested in accordance with GB 18587-2001 for emissions of TVOC, formaldehyde, styrene and 4-phenylcyclohexene, all meet Grade A requirements and are certified as eco-friendly products, safe for indoor residential and commercial use.

GB/T 14252 Full Quality Testing

Tested in accordance with GB/T 14252-2008 for all appearance and internal quality items, rated as Excellent Grade in appearance, with all indicators qualified including dimension, wear resistance, color fastness and flame retardancy.

GB/T 11049 Entflammbarkeitsprüfung

Die Prüfung des Brennverhaltens erfolgte gemäß GB/T 11049-2008 (Niveaumethode). Die beschädigte Länge liegt weit unter dem Grenzwert, was eine ausgezeichnete Feuerbeständigkeit gewährleistet und die Brandschutzanforderungen für Bodenbeläge in Innenräumen erfüllt.

GB/T 8427 Color Fastness to Light Testing

Tested for color fastness to xenon arc light in accordance with GB/T 8427-2019, the result is much higher than required, resisting fading under long-term sunlight and keeping color stable.

GB/T 3920 Color Fastness to Rubbing Testing

Tested for color fastness to dry/wet rubbing in accordance with GB/T 3920-2008, the grade is better than required, resisting color loss and transfer under high-frequency use.

QB/T 1090 Tuft Withdrawal Force Testing

Die Prüfung der Büschelzugkraft erfolgte gemäß QB/T 1090-2019; der gemessene Wert liegt weit über der Mindestanforderung, was für feste Büschel, weniger Faserverlust und eine längere Lebensdauer sorgt.

QB/T 1555 Thickness & Dimensional Stability Testing

Die Dicken- und Maßabweichungsprüfung erfolgte gemäß QB/T 1555 und QB/T 2214; alle Werte liegen innerhalb der Toleranz, was eine stabile Form und einen einwandfreien Montageeffekt gewährleistet.

Tested per GB 18587-2001, all harmful substance emissions meet Grade A standard, eco-friendly and safe for high-end indoor & commercial use.

GB 8624 Fire Testing

Tested per GB 8624-2012/GB/T 11785, meets B1 Class fire resistance requirements, with critical heat flux and smoke density exceeding standards for excellent fire safety.

GB/T 27729 Full Quality Testing

Comprehensive testing per GB/T 27729-2011, all core indicators including appearance, dimensional deviation, stitch/column density and shedding are qualified, ensuring stable quality.

QB/T 1090 Tuft Force Testing

Geprüft nach QB/T 1090-2019, erreicht die Büschel-Auszugskraft 14 N und übertrifft damit die Mindestanforderung bei weitem. Die Büschel sind fest und weisen eine lange Lebensdauer auf.

GB/T 8427 Lichtechtheit

Tested per GB/T 8427-2019, light fastness reaches Grade 4, resisting fading under long-term light exposure with stable colors.

GB/T 3920 Rubbing Fastness

Tested per GB/T 3920-2008, dry & wet rubbing fastness reaches Grade 4-5, resisting color loss and transfer under high-frequency use.

FZ/T 01057 Fiber Content Testing

The material is consistent with the declared composition, and the quality of raw materials is traceable.
