This range uses a 1/4-gauge tufting process, with a pile height of 5–8mm as featured in the video, and is available in both level loop and high-low loop constructions. The level loop style delivers a smooth, uniform surface, while the high-low loop creates layered, textured patterns through varying pile heights. Both can be tailored to match a project’s pattern, colour scheme and application area.

Fibre options include nylon, polypropylene (PP), polyester and compatible blended yarns. Standard roll widths are 3.66m or 4m; custom sizes and backing constructions can be confirmed based on project requirements. Exact pile weight, overall thickness and fibre blend are subject to the technical specifications of the approved sample.

The standard MOQ for custom project orders starts at 100 sqm, with a typical bulk production lead time of 15–25 days. Final MOQ and lead time for custom tufted carpets are confirmed based on material, pattern, total area and production scheduling.
